The ambiance is a 9. The hallway is dark upon entering, but once you enter the restaurant, the lighting is warm and cozy, making it very inviting. It's perfect for a date. The service is excellent, also a 9. Authentic Western service. The staff are smiling the entire time and very patiently recommend the restaurant's specialties. Each dish is explained with its cooking method and characteristics, down to the details of which local farm the ingredients are from. The taste is an 8, but it depends on the individual. Just like stinky tofu, people who love it say it's delicious. -The signature Wagyu beef is a fusion of Thai style, with a sweet and sour taste. The fish sauce in it might smell stinky, but it's incredibly fragrant once you put it in your mouth. The meat is incredibly tender, definitely Grade A lean meat with a high percentage of lean meat. The quality is a 3. -The watermelon salad is amazing. It's topped with goat cheese, which some people who don't like might find stinky. The salad oil underneath has a slight foie gras flavor, making for a very different experience. -The crab toast is a very traditional Western dish, nothing too fancy. The best part is the White Rabbit drink. That's right! It comes with a White Rabbit candy! White Rabbit Toffee! The owner introduced it as a Chinese internet-famous candy. Overall, this place is definitely worth a try. A great place for a date or flirting with girls.
