Environment at Neptune Palace

Located upstairs in Brentwood Mall, the restaurant features high ceilings and large windows that allow natural light at midday. Décor is clean and refined: polished tile floors, dark wood paneling accents, soft ambient lighting in evening. Tables are spaciously arranged — mix of round banquet tables with lazy Susans and smaller square tables for couples or small groups. Booth seating near windows. The dining room is elegant but welcoming; acoustics moderate, service attentive.

The environment is elegant and the service is acceptable, but the night shift ends at 9:30, which is a bit early

The teapot is dirty, the plates are stained with rice, the dishes are not washed, the wall is scratched, and the clay pot rice has no crust... The good thing is that there is no queue on weekends, and the seasoning is OK. The service staff is quite easy to get along with... I personally recommend Marian's store, which is free of disappointments and has a better environment. The above problems should be avoidable, and I hope the business will adjust its work team.
