The service is superb, and it is a very cost-effective restaurant among Japanese restaurants. I like it very much!

The sushi that tasted fishy at other places didn't taste fishy at his place; it was very well prepared. Even the most basic California roll was quite good, and the scallop inside the udon was huge. (I initially thought that little house was just for decoration, but it turned out to have three layers of food inside—very unique!)

🍜 Seafood Udon: The broth was very flavorful, and there was plenty of seafood inside, with fresh shrimp and scallops. The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too soft or too mushy. It's very comforting to drink this in winter. 🏯 Three-Tier Castle Presentation: This is the highlight. When served, it's presented as a small black three-tiered castle, surrounded by sashimi and sushi. The presentation is indeed quite unique and photogenic. Regarding the sashimi: The ingredients were incredibly fresh, which deserves praise. The salmon and tuna were cut quite thickly, with firm, glossy flesh that melted in your mouth. The seared pieces had a slightly charred surface and tasted good. There was absolutely no fishy smell; you could tell they were fresh that day. The hand rolls and gunkan sushi were also quite delicious, and the side dishes were decent. Summary: The environment is acceptable, and the service is quite good. The freshness of the ingredients is the biggest advantage, and the presentation is creative. The taste and quality are both excellent; it's not the kind of place that looks good but doesn't taste good.

The environment is quite comfortable, the food is good and to your taste. The only drawback is that the squid today was overcooked and a bit bitter.
