The cumin lamb cubes were incredibly fragrant. Even the potatoes were crispy. The green beans were also fried to perfection. The waitstaff was always available. The location is right outside the Brentwood SkyTrain station, making it very easy to find. The fried large intestines were perfectly crispy. I dipped them in soy sauce and black vinegar, which gave them a nice wok-like aroma. The owner and his wife were very polite and always smiling. The rice was cooked perfectly. It was high-quality rice, and the portion was generous. The tea was lychee black tea. It was fragrant and strong. The lighting was perfect, not too harsh or too dark. They also played my favorite songs, and the volume was just right.
