The environment was great, with a wonderful atmosphere, and the live music was excellent. Although there were some technical issues, they were resolved after we changed rooms twice. However, the service was disappointing. Initially, they didn't even bring water, and the food was served too slowly and was quite oily. The waitress's English was also very poor; she didn't know many common words, which caused communication problems.
