The three of us ordered four dim sum dishes and a dish of lettuce and fish congee. Three of the dim sum dishes are my go-tos, and they always rave: Thai-style stuffed eggplant, golden marinated salmon and shrimp rolls, and the viral shrimp rice noodle rolls. Today, I only ordered the crystal crab dumplings for the first time. All of them were excellent, but I'm just a little confused: why is there no salmon in the salmon and shrimp rolls? This question has plagued me twice, so if anyone knows, please share your thoughts below.
