The steamed dumplings I ordered for takeout were probably broken into the meat filling by the salt jar. The saltiness was 1000%. To be honest, I have never eaten anything so salty in my life. Another fatal flaw: the takeout box was made of paper. Although it was very environmentally friendly, it couldn't resist the falling of crumbs. Picking up the dumplings was like tearing off a layer of tape. When I looked at the dumpling skin, I found it was full of paper scraps. It took more than ten minutes to remove the paper scraps. When I looked again, the dumplings were already riddled with holes. Fortunately, the auntie at the front desk was very enthusiastic.

The dumplings are amazing! It’s the first time I’ve eaten such spicy shredded potatoes... I love the sweet and sour pork! The boss also gave me a cool banana with candied bananas!

Some restaurants give me a headache. The braised chicken bones, my friend said it tastes the same as her mother's. Even if she brings her mother to eat it in person, she will say it is very authentic. I rarely eat dumplings outside. One of the things that Dadongfang does very well is that the plate for the dumplings has a filter layer. I heard from my friends that when they went to restaurants when they were young, they would move the plate from time to time to prevent the dumplings from sticking. As a Cantonese, I don't know these details. Another point is that the service in the restaurant is very considerate. We arrived at the restaurant around 11:40, but there was only one chef at the time. He asked us to wait a little. Although there were vacancies, we were not seated immediately because we didn't want to wait for a long time after ordering the dishes and affect our meal. The dining experience in the restaurant is really good. Having said so much, I am really attracted by it. I want to order fried liver and braised pork slices next time.
