L’Abattoir is located at 217 Carrall Street in Vancouver’s historic Gastown district. Set within a 19th-century brick-and-beam structure—once the city’s first jail and ancestral meat-packing district (hence the name)—the restaurant blends French technique with Pacific-West Coast produce. Signature dishes like baked Pacific oysters with black truffle & garlic butter and Fraser Valley duck exemplify its refined style. It has been Michelin-recommended since 2022.
